Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, but the alternate shipping address needs to be on file with the bank that issued the credit card. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.

How do I apply an in-house credit?
To apply an In House Credit, log in to your account, locate the blue "Apply In-House Credit" field (found at the bottom of the address verification page just after you log in with your Email address and password) and enter ONE of the following: Credit Memo (CM) Number, Order Number, RMA Number, Customer ID Number. Your Customer ID and Account Number are located in the top right hand corner of the Sales Order that you received with your order. A Credit Memo or RMA number would have been issued by a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative.

Will I have to pay import duties, tax, VAT or brokerage on this item? (International order)
If they apply, yes. Brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, or any other tariff, levy or fee are not included in the purchase price or the shipping and handling charges. Such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party. To find out what taxes or fees will be applied to your order from "Computer Geeks", please contact you local tax authority.

When will my package ship?
  • Shipping method indicates transit time only - please allow for processing time
  • Processing time is the amount of time it takes to review, verify and ship your order.
  • Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours.
  • "Computer Geeks" strives to verify and ship all Overnight orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time the same day. Please allow for processing time.
  • Overnight orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Thursdays are not automatically upgraded to Saturday Service. Please contact "Computer Geeks" Customer Service at (760) 726-7700 to request Saturday Service. There is a $10.00 additional charge for Saturday Service and is not available to all areas.
  • International and APO/FPO orders may require additional processing time.

Who do I contact if I received the wrong item in an order?
If you believe you received the wrong item in an order, you should contact Inventory Control at (760) 941-8723 or Email inventorygeek@geeks.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Should you in fact have received an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item (typically via 2 day air, determined on a case-by-case basis). We will also arrange for a Fed Ex Call Tag to pick up the item and return it to Computer Geeks.
Inventory Control phones are staffed from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Pacific Time on Fridays. Phone support is not available on weekends and holidays.

Who do I contact if I need to return an item?
To return an item, please CLICK HERE to contact our Technical Support and Returns Department. Our Technical Support Group issues RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers for all product returns. If an item is defective, not working properly, or you simply want to return the item, Technical Support is the proper department to contact. Bear in mind that all returns are subject to our Sales and Return Policies.

Do you ship internationally? How much will shipping cost?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
You may compute shipping charges using the Compute Shipping feature on our web site. Simply add the desired items to your shopping cart, and when you are done shopping, click the blue Compute Shipping button. Select your desired shipping destination, and the various service levels available to your destination and prices will be displayed.
